CITIEMTEK Enterprises Ltd. (hereinafter referred to “CTM”) warrants that its products are free from defects in material and workmanship within the product warranty duration. Subject to the conditions and limitations set forth below, CTM will, at its option, either repair or replace any part of its products that prove defective by reason of improper workmanship or materials. Repaired parts or replacement products will be provided by CTM on an exchange basis, and will be either new or refurbished to be functionally equivalent to new. This warranty does not cover any damage to products that results from accident, abuse, misuse, lightening, fire, water, natural or personal disaster, or any unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification.

CTM will identify product warranty by the manufacture date. Referring to products with expired maintenance/collection period, CTM supplies an addition of 3 month’s maintenance period.
This warranty covers only repair or replacement of defective CTM products, as provided above. CTM is not liable for, and does not cover under warranty, any costs associated with servicing and/or the installation of CTM products. CTM will not discontinue support of its products, nor obsolete its products, as long as there are component materials available in the marketplace and reasonable customer demand for the products. CTM reserves the right to provide a functional equivalent, or refurbished replacement Product.
This warranty does not cover if the serial number is removed or tampered by anyone other than CTM.
CTM reserves the right to refuse a warranty claim for promotion products or discontinued products.
All return items must have a RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) number issued by CTM. To obtain warranty service, you have to return a defective product, freight-prepaid and insured, to CTM. In addition, you must have the product identification information, including model number and serial number (if applicable) with a detailed description of the problem you are experiencing.
Once you have obtained an RMA number from CTM, you must, within Fourteen (14) days, send the product freight-prepaid and insured to CTM. CTM will assume all shipping charges on items returned to customers. Products shipped to the factory must be properly packaged to prevent damage in transit. In addition, you must have the CTM RMA number prominently displayed on the outside of your package and on the shipping label only.
CTM is not responsible for any lost, or damage of the merchandise during/caused by the shipment.
If you send your product to the factory without the RMA number prominently displayed on the outside of the package, it will be returned to you unopened. Customer will be responsible for round-trip freight for RMA.
CTM does its best to be accurate but occasionally mistakes do occur. CTM is not responsible for any typographical, photographic or technical errors. CTM will try to advise you of any such errors affecting you via email confirmation when you place your order. Note: Products and packaging depicted may differ from stock available at time of shipment; CTM reserve s the right to substitute equivalent items.
In no case will CTM be liable to the purchaser, or to any user of the CTM product, for any losses including, expenses, revenues, profits, equipment, or any other subsequent damage that might arise from the use or misuse of any CTM product, which also applies in the situation where CTM has been previously warned of any likely adverse effects occurring that might cause any of the above situations to transpire.
This disclaimer as stated above supersedes any other expressed or implied warranties whether it is written or oral. Except as expressed above, CTM expressly disclaims all warranties not stated herein, including, to the extent permitted by applicable law, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
